How to burn subtitle onto dvd?
So, you have a movie in .avi format with .srt files and you want to burn this movie to a dvd, so you watch it on your big screen. You also want to burn the subtitles, so you can practice your English too. Well follow the steps below -
1. First, you will need to download the following software -
# Supported video formats: Convert AVI, Mpeg, Mpeg4, DivX, Xvid, MOV, WMV, WMV HD, DV, MKV, DVD to DVD and more…
# Supported sources: existing files from digital camcorders, TV/Sat, capture cards
# Can merge up to 4 hours of material from several movies or episodes
# Supported audio formats: AC3, DTS, PCM, OGG, MP3, and more…
# Handles subtitles files (.SRT .SUB/IDX) with color and font selection, and supports tags (italic, bold)

2. Install the software and place your film.avi & .srt file in the same folder. Load the file and choose either color PAL or NTSC. Output must be DVD-5 and it will take around 6-7 hours for processing depending on the speed of your computer.
3. In the option, change it to your sub language and this will make the subtitle option appear in the menu when you are watching it.
